Immersion in France 2026 – Initial Deposit (RM3,500)

This non-refundable initial deposit of RM3,500 secures the student’s place in the Immersion in France Programme 2026, organised by Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur in partnership with Alliance Française de Normandie.
The deposit covers administrative and programme preparation costs and will be deducted from the total programme fee (RM6,900 / €1,450).

Please note: The deposit is generally non-refundable in the event of personal withdrawal, change of plans, or visa refusal. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the organisers (such as programme postponement, major disruptions, or force majeure events), any refund or adjustment will be reviewed and determined at the discretion of Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur (AFKL).

Immersion in France 2026 – Final Payment (TBC, according to currency exchange rate)

The final payment completes the student’s participation fee for the Immersion in France Programme 2026, organised by Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur in partnership with Alliance Française de Normandie.

This payment represents the remaining balance after deduction of the non-refundable initial deposit of RM3,500, bringing the total programme fee to completion. 

Please note: Once the final payment has been made, the programme fee is generally non-refundable in the event of personal withdrawal, change of plans, or visa refusal, except in exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the organisers.

Please note: Due to fluctuations in the Euro to Malaysian Ringgit exchange rate and international transaction charges, a small additional balance adjustment may occasionally be required prior to departure, not more than RM200. Participants will be informed in advance should this apply.

All French levels welcome (beginner to advanced)

Duration: 10 nights / 11 days
Accommodation: Carefully selected French host families (breakfast & dinner included)
