Synopsis: 

Ernest and Celestine return to Ernest's homeland, Charabia, to have his precious broken violin repaired. But they soon discover that music has been banned throughout the country for several years. For our two heroes, living without music is unthinkable! With the help of a few allies, including a mysterious masked vigilante, Ernest and Celestine set out to right this wrong and bring joy back to the land of the bears.
