Shadow Play Installation by Pascal Marquilly, Rodolphe Collange & Jean-Marc Delannoy

French artists Pascal Marquilly, Rodolphe Collange and Jean-Marc Delannoy are currently in residency at Rimbun Dahan to undergo an artistic research. At the core of their project lies the will to make tradition meet technology: a century-old art form, shadow play or Wayang kulit in Malaysia, would be brought to life through an automated mechanical arm. The premises of this project will be presented at AFKL, followed by a presentation of the project by the three artists.
