Application Procedure

Please submit the following documents:

• Completed application form
  
• Proof of payment (receipt) once payment is due. 

AFKL reserves the right to accept or decline applications.

Pre-Departure Briefing

A compulsory briefing session will be held prior to departure to inform participants about travel preparation, programme arrangements, and important guidelines.

Special Conditions

1. Program fees are subject to exchange rates difference. 
2. AFKL reserves the right to adjust fees accordingly.
   
3. AFKL will do its best to follow the proposed itinerary and accommodation plan but may adjust arrangements in case of local conditions, events, or force majeure.
   
4. Participants are responsible for their own visas, travel insurance, and personal documentation.
   
5. AFKL is not liable if immigration authorities deny entry or exit for any reason.
   

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• AFKL reserves the right to cancel the program if participation numbers are insufficient or in case of force majeure.
  
• No refunds will be provided if the participant withdraws during the program or misses scheduled activities (meals, classes, excursions, accommodation).
  
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (letter/email) before the departure date and will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Responsibility

• AFKL acts only as an agent with airlines, hotels, and service providers, and is not liable for delays, loss, accidents, or damages beyond its control.
  
• Participants must follow the rules of conduct, respect program schedules, and comply with safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
  
• Participants (or their guardians) must ensure they have copies of passports, visas, travel insurance, and emergency contacts accessible during the trip.
