Quality accommodation is the key to a successful stay!

Recognizing that accommodation is an integral part of a student’s experience, AF Normandy’s team collaborates with Accueil à la Carte, a professional organization specializing in hospitality in Normandy, to help students carefully select accommodation that fits their budget and requirements.

For those uncertain about choosing between options such as staying with a host family, a hotel, or a youth hostel, AF Normandy’s accommodation service is ready to offer advice.

The accommodation service highlights:

“Staying with a host family allows students to fully immerse themselves in French culture. This is the preferred choice for most of our students. However, for those seeking greater independence, we also offer self-catering studio apartments.”

Accommodation Search Fees:

• 60€ (mandatory for any accommodation booking request).
  AF Normandy will reserve the selected accommodation type. Please note that accommodation fees are to be paid on arrival in Rouen and will not be billed online, unlike the search fees.

How to Book Accommodation:
When registering for French courses, students can simply add an accommodation of their choice when applying for the stay. To make the most of their stay, AF Normandy recommends arriving the day before the first class and leaving the day after the last class.

Private Transfer Option:
For added convenience, students can also book a shuttle service when registering for French courses. Upon request, a driver will be arranged to meet students at the airport with a sign and transport them directly to their accommodation.

Host Family
