Boost your team’s French with Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur!
Our HRD Corp–eligible programmes cover every need: customised group training for beginners (onsite or online) for 2–12 people, individual beginner courses if your company can’t form a group, and advanced classes for French teachers or BPO professionals looking to refine their skills. We’ll guide you through the grant process, and tuition is fully covered once approved — in as little as one week.
Group French Language Corporate Training for Beginners
Onsite | Online
Book an appointment with us, and we’ll design a customised syllabus for your group of 2 to 12 people. We’ll guide you step by step through the HRD Corp grant application. A teacher can come directly to your office, or we can run the class fully online. All tuition fees are covered by the HRD Corp scheme once the grant is approved (usually within one week).

French Language Proficiency for Teachers and BPO Employees
Already fluent in French and want to refine your skills? Our advanced courses are HRD Corp–eligible. You can choose from our Advanced
Proficiency classes
held in the evenings or on Saturdays.
How to Claim Your HRD Corp–Sponsored French Classes
1.
Check that your employer contributes to the HRD Corp (you can verify this on your payslip).
2.
Contact Ms. Samantha Gahin and Mr. Jeremy Ianni to request a quotation.

3.
Have the quotation approved by your HR department and file for a grant through the HRD Corp system (Etris).
4.
Attend your class and enjoy learning! HRD Corp requires a minimum of 75% attendance.
5.
Complete a Joint Declaration so Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur can claim the grant on your behalf.
