French Meet Up : Swap Party
Whether you're just starting out or ready to flex your French in fun ways, this laid-back evening is all about making new friend and enjoying great conversations — all en français. From A1 to C2, everyone’s welcome, as long as you're speaking French!
Beverages will be available at affordable prices throughout the evening. 🎉AFKL current members get a free soft drink on us, just show us your membership card!
For this edition of our French Meet-Up, we’re turning the evening into a fun and social Swap Party! Bring one or two or even three things you no longer use and exchange them with other participants for something new to you. It’s a simple way to meet people, share stories and give everyday items a second life.
How It Works
- Bring up to 3 items you no longer use but that someone else might enjoy or find useful.
- Keep your items with you until the swapping begins, there is no central collection or display area.
- Bring things in good condition — no broken, damaged or unusable items.
- Swap with other participants and choose items you genuinely like or find useful.
- No buying! Please bring items you already own rather than purchasing something for the event.
- Share the story behind your items and meet other participants along the way.
