Internship Position: Communication Officer

The missions and activities of this internship, under the supervision of the Management Team, are as follows:

  • Assist the Cultural Manager and the Marketing Manager on the edition of Le French Festival brochure
  • Implement marketing and social media for Le French Festival 2022 through development of a communication strategy
  • Collaborate with the Community management (Facebook and Instagram pages)
  • Support the creation of texts and updates for Le French Festival website
  • Ensure relationships with partners, graphic designers, PR agency, photographers, and suppliers 


  • Good English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Must be fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian Arts & Culture life
  • Knowledge in social media management
  • Knowledge of French language would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in graphic design software would be an advantage

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Student in Marketing, Communication or Media studies
  • Should ideally have prior experience in the marketing of cultural projects

4 to 6 month Internship
Salary: RM1,000/month

Internship Starting Date: 14 February 2022

Closing date: 20 December 2021
