Description & Structure

DELF:

Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française (Diploma of French Language Studies), A1 to B2 levels.

DALF:

Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (Advanced Diploma of French Language Studies), C1 and C2 levels.

Divided into six diplomas corresponding to the scale of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.

Issued by the French Ministry of Education, internationally recognised and valid for life.
Alliance Française de Hong Kong is the only accredited institution in Hong Kong that delivers these diplomas.
Designed to assess the communicative skills of a candidate in a real-life situation, using authentic documents, rather than the linguistic and formal grammatical knowledge.

DELF Junior

The DELF junior is intended for teenagers, from the age of 12 to the age of 17 years old.

DELF Prim

The Delf Prim is the very first diploma delivered to candidates from the age of 7 to the age of 12 years old.
