Improve your French in a new way thanks to our workshops and theme classes, tailor made to bolster your
skills or make you discover specific aspects of French culture and arts. These workshops and theme classes are open to everyone, you
just have to be or become a member. Come to our reception or write to our courses
should you need more information or want to enrol!

Survival French for travelers
Are you planning a trip to a French-speaking country? This hands-on and conversation-based course is the
perfect chance to learn basic phrases and comfortably navigate through all usual touristic situations: meets and greets, going to a
restaurant, a hotel, asking for or giving directions, taking transports, shopping...
Conducted in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere, the class will provide you with the language skills to
further appreciate your destination. As the saying goes, "Learning French is much easier than understanding a French speaking

Learn French with TV5-Monde (B1/B2)
TV5-Monde is a French TV channel broadcasting outside of France and offering various programmes for all
ages, from cartoons to series, movies, documentaries and international news. A great guenuine material for you to improve your listening
skills, to expand your vocabulary and to discuss about our contemporary word!
This class is recommended for participants from Independent 2 to Advanced 3 classes at AFKL.

Do you like books and discussion with passionate people? You can
combine both by joining our Littérature class, with the challenge of reading an original French novel… and the delightful reward of
improving your proficiency! This class will help you become more independent in reading texts in their original version while greatly
expand your vocabulary.

This class is recommended for participants who already completed B1 level (from Independent 6 classes at AFKL).

savoury yummy French recipes!
Treat your taste buds with the delicious food you will have cooked yourself and discover the ingredients and the gastronomy of the French
