TEF, TEFaQ, TEF-Canada and TEF-Naturalisation

The Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur is the only center in Malaysia that offers the Test d'Evaluation de Français (TEF) and its variations.

The TEF is a widely recognized exam offered by the Paris Chamber of Commerce (CCIP) and serves as legitimate proof of fluency.

These tests will be conducted only in their electronic version at AFKL.

Candidates will receive a certificate of results that grades each skill tested at one of the six levels (A1 to C2) based on the competency scale defined by the Council of Europe (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The results are valid for 1 year from the date the exam is taken.

Candidates who sat for TEF and TEF-Canada will receive a paper certificate.
Candidates who sat for TEF-Naturalisation and TEFAQ will receive an e-mail enabling them to access an electronic version of their certificate of results. This paperless certificate is an official document that can be presented to the relevant authorities for administrative procedures.
