Terms & Conditions 

• By participating in this giveaway contest, the participant is deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
  
• Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur is entitled to use the name, pictures / photographs of the winners for advertisement or publicity materials; and may engage the winners for its publicity purposes. 
  
• Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a participant in participating in the giveaway contest or receiving the prize. 
  
• Two winners will be picked at random among the participants.
• The prizes consist of one term of extensive class (or one level of intensive class), to be chosen only among the courses available during Term 4 (3 October to 16 December 2023). It includes: one level of French class (for an adult, teenager or child from 7 years old who has never studied French with AFKL before), one year of membership and the textbook used in class.
  
• Each winner will be eligible to win a maximum of one prize, that can be transferable to any person of their choice who has never been an AFKL student before.
  
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other good or service.
  
• The winners will be announced on Instagram on 15 September and contacted via personal message on Instagram on the same day. Any prize not claimed by 24 September will be forfeited.
  
• Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reasons whatsoever.
