Je viens à l'Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur pour pratiquer mon français, connaître les autres francophones qui habitent à Kuala Lumpur et profiter des expositions culturelles. Les pains au chocolat dans le café sont très bons aussi… Dans la classe C1, on parle de beaucoup de thèmes différents comme la musique francophone, le cinéma, la politique et la littérature. Je recommande l'alliance et ma prof, Karine, à tous qui veulent améliorer leur français dans un lieu charmant et accueillant.

Mon expérience à l’Alliance Française de Kuala Lumpur est incroyable. Je dois dire que le programme des cours a vraiment été organisé de manière à améliorer le niveau de français des élèves. De plus, il y a beaucoup d'événements culturels qui offrent l’opportunité de mieux connaître la culture. During the pandemic, I decided to learn French, a long-time goal of mine. I chose AFKL's online intensive classes for their flexibility with my work schedule. AFKL also offered cultural events like movie screenings and art exhibitions to the highly-anticipated Le French Festival, which enhanced my learning experience. Thanks to AFKL's supportive teachers and support system, I was able to stay motivated despite challenging grammar rules. The classes had a good size, allowing everyone to participate, and covered various topics with interactive resources.

My plan of studying French to communicate with my aunt and my colleagues started off as a short-term project but soon it became a full-on passion to try my best to be fluent in the language. AFKL is indeed a great place to kick-start learning French, as the teachers here are friendly and more importantly capable of guiding you as you manoeuvre through tricky French grammar. La bibliotheque d’AFKL is also a great nook for discovering interesting reads from Tintin to Le Monde.
